Help the foundation by creating a Squidoo lens and receive a free digital book or manual.

The World-Wide-Web is SUCH a powerful tool for communicating with
and educating people! And there are new ways of doing it better and
more productively being introduced every year.

Blogging has been popular the past two or three years, and some
people really like it, but we've discovered something that's better
and even more powerful. It can help YOU get your own message out to
the world – make you some money and give you exposure – and it can
help the Food For Everyone Foundation as well.

It's called Squidoo. So, what is Squidoo and how can it help you
while also helping the Food for Everyone Foundation?

Squidoo is a combination between a Blog and a website. It is a free
service which lets you VERY EASILY set up a small website, and then
share with the world your experiences and/or expertise about topics
in which you are interested.

Seth (the creator of Squidoo) and his team are also interested in
helping non-profits and charities around the world.

To see an example of a Lens or Mini-Website please check out the
first Lens,

http://www.squidoo.com/foodforeveryonefoundation/
http://www.squidoo.com/growfood/

The lens is composed of "Modules", or pages. Basically each part of
the page is added as you go. For example, the first section is
a "Write" module, the second section in Steve's is the Amazon module
and then he has a "Link List Module." The modules you use are
optional. You can refer to a product you are selling on Amazon or
elsewhere, the way Steve did, or you can do it differently, the way
Jim did in the growfood lens.

Each lens can be made on any topic you want. The ideal lens, from
the Foundation's standpoint, would be about a person's experience
with the FFEF/Mittleider method, but any subject is fine. You just
write about what interests you.

Now how can this benefit YOU and the foundation??

If you create a lens, the Foundation will receive $5.00. In
addition, every website with a link to FFEF's website increases our
exposure, and our search engine rankings.

How are YOU benefited? Because we know your time is valuable and we
really want to spread the word about the foundation, we will email
you your choice of one of the downloadable Mittleider Gardening
Books FREE, just for creating your own Lens.

Yes, you read that correctly folks. And if you want to create more
than one lens and get more than one downloadable Mittleider
gardening book that is great by us. We just ask that you either
talk about your Mittleider garden, with a reference to the website,
or on your List Link Module you list the FFEF URL
www.foodforeveryone .org.

Each of your lenses has the capacity to earn income, which you can
obviously keep, or you can donate to the Foundation in any amount
(we are listed under the charities section).

So, here's how to do it – simply, easily, and quickly! To create a
lens, go to:

Create a lens and help the foundation.

If you want to send the link to a friend so they can get a free manual you can also use the following:

http://www.squidoo.com/group/create_lens/Foodforeveryone/2ef2841384dd1e467a63278e8b3e6fd6

It is easy and quick to create your own website or lens. Let's go
through an example together:

When you click the above link, you will see, on the right-hand side
of the page "To join this group just Build a Lens"

Click on that button and you will see the following area to fill
in: Create lens url (this will be the actual name of your own
website or Lens, so make it easy to remember).

Enter the Title for your mini-website or Lens.

Next, pick the Category or Topic. For example, if you create a Lens
about your personal Mittleider garden you would select Home – which
includes home and garden. If you want to create a technical lens
about the science of gardening, it could go under reference, but
Home is still probably better.

Next you choose Tags for your Lens. The Tags are important because
that's how people search on Squidoo. The suggested tags for your
gardening Lens are, organic gardening, container gardening,
vegetable gardening, hydroponics, and Mittleider gardening.

From here you select which tags best fit your lens, then check the
Family Safe section and click continue.

On the next page, you will be able to enter a short biography (Bio)
and decide what is to be done with the advertising revenue generated
by people visiting your Lens. You select how you are to be paid, or
where to donate your earnings. You can donate all or any portion,
of the income you make, to the Foundation by selecting Donate $$ to
Charities and selecting the Food For Everyone Foundation on the pull-
down menu.

Finally, go ahead and enter the security word that's provided (this
is done so people can't make 1000's of lenses automatically by using
software).

For each section of your Lens, you will see an "edit" button. Go
ahead and click on the Lens Title, edit your title and then click
SAVE.

Each time you change and save a module, go to PUBLISH in the upper
right hand corner of the page and upload the changed module to
Squidoo. It is easy to forget what you changed and published, so
take your time and click SAVE and PUBLISH each time.

For each of the modules described below you can either add
information or display products. The first module – The Link List –
is where you can add a link to www.foodforeveryone.org ,
http://www.squidoo.com  /growfood/ , and also if so inclined, to our
sister site www.howtoorganicgarden.com . By the way, that's where
the downloadable Mittleider gardening books are to be found. Go and
get one at a big discount!

If you want to delete a module simply click on the X next to Edit.

It's best to start out with a clean Lens and build on it from
scratch. The module you'll add the most is the Write Module. This
allows you to create a module that displays text, and is where
you'll tell your story.

Perhaps the most common mistake made by people making Lenses is not
saving changes to each module as material is added.

Remember to change or add a module, and then save it each time.
Don't make the mistake of getting 2 or 3 modules open at the same
time and then forget to save them and publish them.

The "Moral of the Story" is – Take an extra 15 seconds to save and
publish each module as you go.

To add modules - go to the upper left hand corner and click on Add
Module. The Write module is under the Basic tab. Once you add a
module, be sure you save it and Publish it.

This is a wonderful way for people to tell the world about their
favorite subjects and also earn some income. Plus you'll be helping
the Foundation, and earn a free down-loadable book or manual.

AND REMEMBER TO SAVE AND PUBLISH YOUR LENS EACH TIME!

your first Lens)
